Community Festival

SaltDog Classic will be on the grassy green fields  of Encinitas Community Park. Set for October 20th, 2019 this is a San Diego style festival, family friendly  and community oriented. We are proudly supporting Rancho Coastal Humane Society, so bring a dog if you got them. The whole thing culminates into great music, art, craft beverages, and dancing with yerr friends.

PARKING & DIRECTIONS
From the I-5 North or South: Exit Sante Fe Drive, and head east 1/2 mile. Take a (R) right onto Nardo Ave. In less than a mile, you will make a (R) right at signs indicating Encinitas Community Park. The turn is just before the cement bridge. After turning into the park, continue to the far end (north) where the Dog Park and Poods skate park is located. Listen for music...

With Google or Apple maps, the address doesn't work well. The closest address is 425 Santa Fe Dr, Encinitas, CA 92024, but will not guide you directly to the park.

What Happened 2018 SaltDog Classic ?

Oww. Oww. That is because of howl much fun we had at last year's SaltDog Classic. The whole beach came to life with music and art, enhanced with our beachside craft beer garden, and embellished with great local vendors. If wanting to get involved please Contact Us

Here are some highlights from last year:

  • Seaside State Beach became a festival grounds

  • Families and friends of all kinds came together

  • Music, dance, and artistic talents were displayed heroically

  • Hundreds of people showed their support for our friends Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RFTH).

Rollin from the Heart was  our beneficiary a couple years back and an amazing heartfelt 501(c)3 that provides disadvantaged and at-risk youth the opportunity to participate in fun and transformative activities they may not have access to in their present day situations. The team is able to bring joy to these youth through skateboarding, surfing, and hiking. Before that was Operation Amped, who helps wounded veterans through the art of surf therapy, and Wild Coast dedicated to saving wildlife ocean sanctuaries.
